What happens next:
1. Your provider reviews your intake.
A licensed prescriber will review the medical information you just submitted, including your goals, history, and current medications.
2. You’ll receive a call for your telemed visit.
During normal business hours, the prescriber will call the phone number you provided to complete your telemedicine visit and ask any follow-up questions. Please keep your phone nearby and able to accept calls.
3. A personalized plan is created.
If a Zepbound™ is appropriate for you, your provider will design a custom weight loss plan based on your needs.
4. Prescription is sent to LillyDirect® Pharmacy.
When indicated, your prescription will be sent to our trusted partner, LillyDirect®. LillyDirect® will contact you for payment and to arrange prompt shipping of your medication. They also offer an injection kit for $5 that includes alcohol pads, gauze and syringes.
